  • Population is 434,084 living in 169 villages.
  • Number of households is 77,555
  • Has no District Hospital
  • Has 7 public Health Centers and 79 public
  • dispensaries
  • 2 Health Centers and 5 dispensaries are
  • owned by voluntary Agencies.
  • Health Department has a total of 441 (64)
    workers out of 690 required number of health staff
