Program Description
  • Eligible Population
  • Participants of SonomaWORKS
  • General assistance applicants
  • Low-income Job Link clients
  • Parents of children involved with CPS
  • County staff will determine eligibility for all
    participants will refer clients.

  • 3 Tiers
  • Contractor will be employer of record for Tiers 1
    2 for Tier 3, employer of record will be the
    agency where individual is placed.
  • Match Requirement
  • 20 of contract amount est. 1,072,536
  • May be cash OR in-kind

  • Notice of Intent September 25, 2009
  • Proposal Submission October 9, 2009
  • Format
  • One signed 8 copies electronic copy
  • No more than 25-27 pages (based on of budget
    pages)
  • Follows specified formatting includes table of
    contents (see pages 10-14 of RFP)
  • Forms included in RFP (see attachments)
  • Use Revised Budget Forms

  • Reviewed by county staff on pass/fail basis
  • Proposal submitted on time
  • Prepared in accordance with RFP requirements
  • Required services described in proposal
  • Agency meets federal, state local guidelines
  • Fiscally solvent agency
  • Proposal complies with all other RFP provisions
  • Review Committee
  • Proposals will be reviewed and scored
  • Interview may be required
  • Scores based solely on what is included in
    proposal
