• Define the objectives and issues attempting to
  resolve
• Create questions you wish participants to create
  ideas for (answer) or select existing ones

• Improve the stakeholder satisfaction by
  demonstrating how application can capture ideas,
  monitor idea progress, allow comments, and
  provide notifications based on events.
• Stakeholder role to be able to Add Ideas (in
  response to a question and organically).

  and know their status in the Lifecycle
• Stakeholder to be able to add comments to all
  entered ideas and companies ideas.

  selected for development, based on industry best
  practice selection criterion (including alignment

  selection.
• Optimize the portfolio load (effort) balance by

  available resource types.
• Allow GTM to assign needed resource type effort
  estimates.
• Allow GTM to define a release capacity for a
  resource type.
• FP to show when a Release is over-allocated for a
  resource type, based on assigned ideas.

  priority selection of ideas
• Improve secure collaboration by demonstrating how
  tool can support multiple role-based access and
  activities.
• Implement three user roles GTM Team, Internal
  Stakeholder and External Stakeholder each with
  unique activities and access restrictions (see

• Demonstrate each roles activities during training
  and usage.
• Improve the quality of ideas captured by
  controlling the focus of the questions to be
  answered for a specific survey audience.
