This is the main screen to the BCMS web
application for private client access.
Click on this Tab to search for a creditor
From this screen you can access claim data by
searching on creditor details, claim details
or by entering a specific claim number.

You can search for a creditor by filling in any
of these fields
Enter the information you want to search on,
then click search

All the records that meet your search criteria
will be listed

The record types indicate what type of claim
records are associated with each creditor
Click on the system code to view the details of
a specific creditor

Click on this tab to search for a specific claim

Select the specific criteria for your search
and then click Next
You can search for a claim based on any of the
criteria shown here

This screen allows you to determine how your
search results will be displayed
Select which columns you want to see and the
order claims are to be displayed in, then
click Submit

All claims that match the criteria you selected
will be displayed
From here, you can click on a specific claim
number to view the details of that claim

The details of that claim, its status, and all
its components are displayed on this screen
Select More Data to view more details
You can also see if this claim has been amended,
or assigned to another party

This screen gives you the classification of the
claim as well as the ability to estimate, for
plan modeling
Using your browsers back button, you can
navigate back to the list of claims you had
searched on

You can download the data in this listing to
format your own reports or to bring it into MS
Excel

You can select to either download the raw data
for importing into another software, such as MS
Excel
OR, you can download in a formatted report
format, if you want to print or email the
information

Select the events tab to find out about
mailings, filings, or other events that affect
the case

On this screen, select the type of event you
want to review, then click on Next

A list of all the claims that meet the event
criteria you selected will be displayed

Back at the home page, you can enter our new
document center to view images of relevant
court documents that have been filed on the
case

A list of all images, with their associated size
and date are displayed.

To view a particular document, just click on the
document description
