a minimum charge of 10.50 per head plus VAT.
Final numbers for catering must be confirmed at
least 7 days prior to the event date. Reductions
in numbers or cancellations later than this will
incur the full charge.

• We suggest that a separate room is booked for
  serving and eating food to avoid incurring VAT on
  the total room hire cost for
• the duration of the booking. If the Jacobs
  Well café area is used instead then a fee of 25
  per hour VAT will be charged.
• Food is served in informal buffet style. Please
  ask for a quotation if formal table settings are
  required.
• Please ensure you discuss any specific
  requirements with the Catering Manager to ensure
  that your needs can be catered for.
