Credit unions invest in one of three CIF
accounts at their corporate credit union
Corporates invest in corresponding CIF
accounts at US Central
A portion of the CIF dividend is returned to
the investor and a portion goes to NCUF
NCUF General Fund projects and Callahan
Fund projects
Half of NCUFs portion is applied to NCUF
projects and half is given as a grant to
the league or foundation in the state of
investment origin.
Credit union members ultimately benefit
through development initiatives funded by CIF
State and local development projects
