  • Honest - proud but modest
  • Enlightening - so much more than universities
  • Culture - strategic plan, language, approach to
    survey, visits, old or new
  • Improvement mentality - always striving to do
    better
  • Themes/branding - employability, enterprise,
    knowledge, research, international, etc
  • Outreach and WP have to do it BUT all do it
    very well!
  • Balanced score card good for demonstrating
    links between core values, HEI objectives, staff,
    and KPIs
