2Exodus 1511 "Who among the gods is like you, O
LORD? Who is like you-- majestic in holiness,
awesome in glory, working wonders?
- Your view of God is the most important view you
have, and to the extent your view of God is
distorted to that extent your life is out of
focus.

4I. Isaiah Saw the Lord of Glory
- Isaiah 61-4 1 In the year that King Uzziah died,
I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and
exalted, and the train of his robe filled the
temple. 2 Above him were seraphs, each with six
wings With two wings they covered their faces,
with two they covered their feet, and with two
they were flying. 3 And they were calling to one
another "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty
the whole earth is full of his glory." 4 At the
sound of their voices the doorposts and
thresholds shook and the temple was filled with
smoke.

filled the temple - Angelic beings called Seraphs encircled the
throne - They cried out Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord
Almighty - The temple quaked and was filled Gods Shekinah

around, even under his wings. Day and night they
never stop saying "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord
God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come." - Jeremiah 522a Should you not fear me?" declares
the LORD. "Should you not tremble in my
presence?...

11III. Isaiah Saw Gods Provision of Salvation
- Isaiah 66-7 6 Then one of the seraphs flew to me
with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken
with tongs from the altar. 7 With it he touched
my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your
lips your guilt is taken away and your sin
atoned for."
12- John 316 "For God so loved the world that he
gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes
in him shall not perish but have eternal life. - Mark 115 "The time has come," he said. "The
kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the
good news!"
13- 2 Corinthians 521 God made him who had no sin to
be sin for us, so that in him we might become the
righteousness of God.
14We Must Repent and Receive Gods Holiness
15IV. Isaiah Saw the World as God does
- Isaiah 68-9a 8 Then I heard the voice of the
Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go
for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" 9 He
