- The primary aim of the PBM is to support local
- Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships to
- deliver PSA Targets on crime and disorder.

- The intention is to build upon what already
exists in order to develop rather than replace
existing systems - A benchmark will be provided by setting
achievable minimum standards. - A delivery culture means that robust partnership
structures must exist to support delivery of
targets and objectives.

? Partnership operates from a fixed location and
has potential to comply with PBM information
sharing rules system security policy.
? Electronic, crime relevant information is
already extracted and managed in a secure
hub. ? The local Home Office Director supports
the initiative.
? The local partnership has demonstrated its
commitment to problem solving and endorsed the
development of a change management plan aimed at
delivering PBM minimum standards.
? Where appropriate the site is in the high crime
quartile for CDRP performance OR its
participation will contribute to a balanced
evaluation of the PBM and its ability to support
CDRPs in different family groups.
