Phase One Information Platform Base
  • Create a web site to list the technology
    available in Chinese and English
  • Provide training for key personnel to understand
    the business cycle and procedure of technology
    transfer such as legal framework, assessment,
    evaluation of technology, IP protection and
    financial arrangement
  • Conduct workshops and show cases to connect the
    technology owners, investors and industry
    together
  • Build partnerships with local associations and
    business communities
  • Identify projects and create the project pipeline

Phase Two Transaction Realization Phase
  • Finish two transactions from end to end
  • Learn the whole business cycle
  • Establish and improve the communication channel
  • Create and transfer the the values to both
    communities
  • Further establish the image and reputation of MTB
  • Integrate more partners and resources to help the
    growth of MTB
  • Build up the knowledge and experience
  • Create a sustainable strategy

  • Lack of internal expertise with regard to Chinese
    business culture and formality
  • Limited understanding of actual Chinese market
    needs and geographical constraints
  • Lack of understanding of Chinese legal framework
  • Lack of communication channels for gaining
    necessary and correct information with regard to
    entrance and development
  • Limited access to Chinese public resources
  • Lack of support for foreign businesses from
    Chinese public sector
  • High entry barriers for foreign companies
  • Lack of tools for risk assessment. (e.g.
    Companies do not know what will happen and when
    it will happen)
