MORE INFORMATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. No provisional Bookings
will be taken. Places can only be secured on
receipt of completed form and payment. 2. Places
will be filled on a first come first served
basis. 3. Parents must sign application forms. 4.
All medical conditions must be stated on the
application form. 5. Children must bring a packed
lunch each day. 6. The hours of the camp are from
10am 2.30pm each day. 7. UCD are not
responsible for children left unsupervised
outside of the above hours. 8. All valuables must
be left at home. 9. UCD do not accept liability
for the loss of or damage to any property
belonging to the participants. 10. UCD reserve
the right to cancel part of/or the entire
programme with all payments refunded. 11.
Information of activities is given in good faith.
All arrangements and activities are subject to
change depending on weather conditions, programme
schedule and other arrangements. UCD reserve the
right to cancel, amend or alter activities
accordingly. 12. UCD will keep a current
insurance policy for the duration of the summer
camps. 13. If a child is unable to attend a full
refund will be given if 7 days notice or a
doctors note is given. 14. UCD reserve the right
to exclude any person at any time whose behaviour
puts them or others at risk. 15. Lost property
from the camp will be kept until the 31st of
August 08. UCD reserve the right to suspend any
child that is disruptive to the camp due to
misbehaviour
Booking Procedures In Person At the sports centre
reception complete application form, payment
must be made upfront by cash or cheque. Or By
Post Send application form with cheque (no cash)
to UCD Summer Camp, UCD Sports Centre, Belfield,
Dublin 4. (All cheques should be made payable to
UCD sports centre)
Where are we? Coming from city centre, go though
Clonskeagh road, at the traffic lights beside the
AIB, take a left. Enter UCD, after about 150mtrs
you will meet a roundabout, the building at the
roundabout in the Sports Centre. Coming from the
Stillorgan entrance to UCD, inside the entrance
take a left, follow the road around for approx
1km, you will pass through a car park on the way,
when you see GAA soccer pitches on your left
the sports centre is the building on your right
just before the roundabout. Click here for
map Locked traffic barriers are in place to
prevent through traffic. The barriers are in
operation from7.00a.m.to 10.30a.m. and from
4.00p.m. to 7.30.p.m. Monday to Friday Clamping
is in operation so please only park in designated
parking spots.
What to bring each day A healthy packed lunch,
suitable playing gear, rain gear, a change of
gear on wet days and sun cream on sunny days!.
Wheelchair access is at the side of the sports
centre, close to the pedestrian crossing.
