  • Indiana Homeowners and Businesses Pay for Public
    Building Projects by leases secured by property
    taxes
  • If a project is approved, bonds pay for
    construction as well as all of the equipment and
    overhead needed for the project and its financing
  • The Bonds will be repaid over 20 to 25 years. The
    annual payments will increase taxes for several
    years.
