• Your Own Home Would you accept it in your
  house?
• No Paper Signs Use professionally made signs
• Neat and Clean Inside/outside even the parking
  lot
• Name tags used at front-line
• All equipment is operational even non-MWR (i.e.,
  vending phones)
• Windows clean
• Accurate, clear, and professional signage
  inside/out

• Attractive trash cans empty with clean liners
• Hours of operation are clearly posted, and
  correct (professional signs)
• Bathrooms cleaned regularly especially at peak
  times all supplies replenished at all times
• Smoking policy enforced
• Marquees up-to-date and accurate
• Administration areas/counter areas neat/organized
• Grass is neatly trimmed no grass in cracks
  landscaping is neat

• Entrances are user friendly and depict an
  accurate image of entire operation
• Light bulbs functional (all of them)
• Employees properly attired
• Picture of manager/leadership charter properly
  displayed
• No safety hazards
• Quest for Quality cards readily available
• NO LITTER ANYWHERE
• Customers are treated as the life line for the
  facility
• Mandatory facility checklists are used daily
