    (EVM) Programme and how was it developed?
  • National Volunteer Managers Training Needs
    Analysis conducted in 2006
  • TNA used to develop a National Training Strategy
    (NTS) for Volunteer Managers
  • Development of the EVM Programme one of the
    recommendations in the NTS

  • The EVM Programme is a flexible approach to the
    learning and development needs of volunteer
    managers
  • EVM comprises bite sized pieces of learning which
    can be delivered flexibly through distance and
    e-learning through 11 coaching and as group
    sessions
  • The pieces of learning can be combined into a 60
    hour programme leading to an ILM Endorsed Award
  • EVM will be delivered by a range of Training
    Providers who have been licensed by Volunteering
    England
