  customized
• report that is generated as soon as you
  complete your
• self-assessment.
• It consists of two sections
• 1. Description of your style and how your style
  behaves
• in various situations.
• 2. Suggestions are offered TO OTHERS on how to
  deal
• with your style most effectively, along
  with action
• plans for you.
• Your eGraph results include your self-assessment
• as well as all Observers who have responded.

Invite Observers

• Invite an unlimited number of Observers
• Enter their name and email address
• Define how they know you
• Click on the SUBMIT button

Monitor Observer Activity

• Monitor your Observers activity.
• Send a reminder, if desired.
• Send multiple reminders by checking the box
• Then click Submit.

Using Behavioral Styles with Others

choose the persons style.
Then you will be able to select in what setting
you know the person.
Selecting No will display descriptions of the
person.
After choosing, the Select Setting screen will be
