    principals and reported via SRSD.

    students indicated as Homeless or as a
    participant in the Migrant program are eligible
    for Free Lunch

Reporting SE Homebound and Non-Pub Students
  • Report all SE students in SRSD --even those
    students who do not generate an FTE because they
    are home-schooled or receiving non-FTE services
    at a non-public school. 
  • The SRSD record should include all SE information
    on the student as well as exit information when
    services are no longer provided.
  • Report students in a valid building --where the
    service provider normally works.

    will help your district to identify data quality
    issues before you submit your file to the ISD.

  • All districts with 10K or more students getting
    Title I funds must participate this year.
  • All districts getting Title I funds must
    participate next year.
  • State uses UIC Application to match, report
    students.

  • In UIC Application, click Direct Certification
    link.
  • Use either PDF or Excel to get data.
  • Need to import/report in your SIS and/or POS
    system(s).
