- Stock materials Parts which have SAP material
numbers and are kept in UK stores - Non-stock materials Parts which are used less
frequently, may not have SAP material numbers,
and are ordered as needed - Services Services provided by external companies
which are requested as needed

From the components tab of a Work Order

There are (at least) two ways to select the
materials. A search term may be used to find the
part number. If a Bill of Materials has been
entered for the building, room, or equipment to
be maintained, the Bill of Materials may be used
to suggest part numbers.

used for Maintenance spares. Here bear is used
to find bearings.

Category (IC) is set to L which indicates that
