The Case of the Elevator Duck

Chapters 1 and 2

• On weekends he is a detective. He found a duck in
  an elevator. He called it Easter because he
  thought it was a present from Easter Day. He
  lived in an apartment and apartments dont allow
  pets.

Chapters3 and 4

• One of his friends came to his apartment and
  asked if he would like to shot a couple of hoops.
  He had to find the owner so he couldnt play. He
  found a feather and he thought if the owner saw
  the feather they would ask him. But kids just ran
  up to him and played cowboys and Indians and he
  was the Indian.

Chapters 5 and 6

• His mom said he only got three days to find an
  owner. That night he went all over the apartment
  building. He put the duck by the door and a kid
  walked out and picked it up and hugged it.

Chapter 7

• He is getting out of the elevator and the duck is
  right behind him. He brought it back and a the
  little kids sister yelled at him. He brought it
  to the Dakar center and the kid saw the duck and
  was glad again.
