a dinosaur but a very close relative to one. A
Pteranodon can fly. It weighed 55 pounds. It was
named by Othiel C. Marsh. Pteranodon had hollow

6 My dinosaurs name is called Tyrannosaurs Rex
(T-Rex). It got named in 1905. The length was
up to 40 feet. The height was 15 to 20 feet.
The first T. Rex was found in Hell Creek,
Montana, U.S.A. The first T. Rex was found by
Barnum Brown in 1920. About 30 incomplete T.Rex
fossils have been found. The T. Rex lived during
the late Cretaceous Period. That was about
65-85 million years ago. T. Rex was a fierce
predator that walked on 2 powerful legs. By

a meateater. It may have eaten mostly insects.
Its height was 8 inches tall at the hips. It was
2 foot tall and weighed 2 pounds. Saltopus
belongs to the order of lizard-hipped dinosausurs
. It was a bipedal carnivore. It also had five
fingers on its hands. It lived during the
Triassic Period.

the late Jurassic Period. It was named by Elmer
S. Riggs. The Brachiosaurs was 80 feet long.
Long-necks had powerful hearts. The Brachiosaurs
had huge front legs and small back legs. It was
found in the U.S.A. It was a herbivore. It was
named in 1903. It weighed 90 tons. The
Brachiosaurs has nostrils at the top of the head.

9 Baryonyx had huge foot-long claws on its hands.
It had long, narrow, crocodile-like jaws with 96
small serrated teeth. It had a small crest
snout. Baryonyx had a long straight neck and a
long tail. Its low slung body was supported by 2
large rear legs and 2 slightly smaller arms. Its
length was 32 feet. The height was 8 feet. The
weight was 1.5-2 tons. The Baryonyx was a
carnivore. In fact, a fossilized meal was
found in the stomach of one. This meal contained
fish scales, fish bones, and some partly digested
bones of a young Iguanodon. So far Baryonyx is
the only known dinosaur to eat fish. It may have
waded rivers and shallow seas to catch fish. By
