Why did the Leadership model change?
  • Time for a change
  • Students - under used resource

  • Inclusion /responding to cohort
  • Demand far greater than number of roles and
  • hence pupil dissatisfaction with the process
  • Viewed as a model that supported transition to
    6th forms
