Mobilization Equipping Requirements

• Units will arrive at MTC with OTVs and SAPIs

• 4 each coats, trousers, and tan t-shirts
• 2 each anti-flash hoods
• No rank, name tapes, patches, or flags

Mobilization Equipping Requirements

• OTV/ESAPI (Deployment Set)
  
• Post-Mob CIFs exchange black SAPIs for green
  ESAPIs and issue other components for a complete
  body armor system
  
• During FRACU fielding, if needed soldiers
  receive OTV ACU conversion kits
  
  
• Deployment Sets are accounted for on soldiers
  clothing records as OCIE and the units Property
  Books
• OTVs will be exchanged for IOTVs in Theater
  
• Redeploying soldiers will turn in IOTVs in
  Theater and redeploy with Deployment Set
  
• Except for medium size and larger OTVs all
  components are turned in to Demob Stations CIFs
