PCSW Goals for 04-05

• Goal 1- Womens Research Resource Center -
  Establish independent from PCSW- a plan to create
  a student-lead WRRC has been developed and is
  currently in progress.

• Goal 2- Eastern Oregon University Gender audit -
  two subcommittees have been established to
  propose and stimulate both qualitative and
  quantitative assessments of womens conditions on
  campus comparing salaries, recruitment and
  retention rates, athletic scholarship awards,
  tenure and promotion decisions, and university
  service involvement.

• Goal 3- Support of the Gender Studies Program-
  The PCSW strongly encourages the President to
  support the Gender Studies program as a means to
  endorse diversity on our campus.
