  • Make yourself, you research, your labknown in
    Europe and beyond
  • Advertise your interest in FP7
  • Get the attention of project coordinators or
    partners

  • A coordinator looking for partners has no time
  • A partner profile is your business card
  • Your profile may be the only information a
    coordinator or partner will have on you
  • A partner profile is your FP7 resume.

What are coordinators partners looking for ?
  • Clear vision
  • Technical, scientific expertise
  • Added value, complementarity
  • Reliability
  • Capacity and adequate resources
  • Adequate financial resources
  • Capacity for long term collaboration

Contents of a good profile
  • Partner Search Form should be done as thoroughly
    as possible no copy/paste
  • One profile form per topic - indicate which
  • Include your (teams) scientific publications
    related to the topic addressed by the profile
  • Refer to other EU-funded project participations
    by your working team or organization
  • Write in English

  • to your National Contact Point
  • to colleagues at home and abroad
  • via networks set up to help you
  • EU Balkan FABNET,
  • Food N Co,
  • MEDA go to Europe

  • Remember coordinator no time!
  • Answer as quickly as you can
  • Be an active partner, your project participation
    will be more interesting
  • Make sure you are being asked to dowhat you want
    to do
  • Defend your part of the budget
