Madrona Woods

• The Housing Authority purchased a 5 acre piece of
  property at the corner of O and 16th Streets.
  This was then divided into 19 lots now known as
  Madrona Woods.
• Two self-help groups completed homes during 2004
  and 2006.
• Built homes for between 104,000 and 129,000.
  Last group of homes appraised for approximately
  220,000.
• All 19 families still reside in these homes.

Olympic Vista

• 9 one two story homes in central Port Angeles.
• Began Construction in February, 2007.
• Completion in late 2007, early 2008.

• 3 and 4 bedrooms
• 900 to 1470 Square Feet House Plans
• 2 car garages
• Single Two-Story Plans
• Some Plans Designed for Visitability and/or
  Handicapped Accessibility.
