the city may be closed for extended periods of
time, limiting, or entirely restricting, staff
ability to commute to work. - The response strategy will include the following
items - Phone/SMS/Email contact to all staff advising hem
of the situation and to call the Hot-Line.Open
the Work-From-Home Emergency Response Folders
they have been provided. - Staff to connect to the company VPN corporate
network, using their secure passwords. - Consult with senior response staff for additional
specific instructions for this incident.Undertake
normal employee duties from their home location. - Periodically check the hot-line for information
updates. - Management staff to consult with the Highways
Department for current road closure status.
