  to be reviewed. Reporting into SMT.

  formalised and report into DLOG.
• Next SMT 30th September 2004

• Proposed Decentralisation of heating system ,
  commencement May 2004, completion September
  2004.
• The 14 No Boiler Houses have been completed ,
  awaiting Gas to be commissioned.
• The Infrastructure Pipe work for Gas and Water
  has been installed.
• Problem, whilst there is Gas in Keckwick Lane,
  the meter and housing installation delivery is
  to be confirmed ?
• No plan B -

  and others to be confirmed.
• Furniture installed, occupancy with next 14
  days.
