    sponsored with federal funds) or who commit time
    as cost sharing to such sponsored projects
  • Paid from or cost shared to R funds
  • All graduate students paid as RAs or TAs
  • RA Research Assistant (60850)
  • TA Teaching Assistant (60860)

Upcoming Timeline
  • Effort Reports
  • Will be printed on 16 February 2009
  • Distributed to departmental administrators during
    16-20 February
  • Due back to RCA on or before 31 March 2009
  • Must be date stamped by RCA by deadline
  • Must provide all necessary documentation

  • Make corrections at time of certification
  • All redistributions will be tracked by RCA
  • Before or by 28 April 2009
  • RCA will notify PIs, depts, chairs, and deans of
    overdue reports
  • On 13 May 2009
  • Outstanding reports will be declared delinquent
