Workshop Purpose

• Improve communications on campus and at the SBCTC
• Increase awareness of interdependencies
• Review SBCTC reporting policy
• Training

Reporting Course Effort and Student Enrollment

• To meet contract, state and federal reporting
  requirements and to support state policy
  initiatives, the SBCTC requires that colleges
• Report specific course and student data
• Establish written procedures that are uniformly
  applied
• Accurately code and report required data and not
  overstate their enrollments.
