Graduation Clearance

• Graduation Clearance process for graduate
  students begins Spring 2006
• Apply for diploma with Registrar
• At the same time initiate Graduation Clearance
  with department
• Verification goes through the Graduate College
• Form will be on the website

Grade Changes

• Change of I (Incomplete) grades
• Change within one year of the course completion
  unless extenuating circumstances
• Otherwise, I grade remains may not be used on
  the Plan of Study
• Change of R (research continued) grades
• Assignment indicates progress
• Change as work is completed as student completes
  work
