Cross-Border Institute for Regional Development
(CBIRD) at ITESM-UTB-IC2
  • The international cross-border region
    incorporates an ever expanding geo-political area
    transected by the Texas-Mexico border and is
    inscribed by the core which includes Monterrey,
    Nuevo Leon, Mexico, to the south, and by El Paso,
    Laredo, Corpus Christi and Brownsville, Texas, to
    the north.
