  (RF) technology to transmit all prescription
  information to a portable arm unit, uniquely
  designed for use by a Wal-Mart technician.

• The arm unit performs a National Drug Code (NDC)

Visual Verify

• Pharmacist completes the final check before any
  medication is provided to the patient
• Photographic image assures the pharmacist the
  correct medication is within the vial

Pick Up Station (TASCO)

• Associate looks up patient by name or date of
  birth
• Pulls up all prescriptions in the filling system
  available to the patient
• Gives associate all alerts or notes for each
  prescription (counseling needed, insurance
  trouble, etc.)
• Each prescription must be scanned to ensure
  accuracy
