  • What is SCMS?
  • SCMS stands for Supplier Contract Management
    System, a regional web portal that allows local
    authorities to effectively manage and advertise
    quotations and tenders.
  • 22 authorities within the Yorkshire and Humber
    region have the ability to use it to manage their
    tender/quotation processes.
  • Offers a full electronic workflow
  • North Lincolnshire Council have currently
    procured 95 projects through SCMS
