• Jaw Busters are the original Jaw Breakers
• In the past year the name Jaw Breaker has been
  changed to Jaw Buster

• Made By Ferrara Pan Candy Company
• The person who adds the ingredients is the
  panner
• About 200,000 pounds of sugar is used by the
  company (about the weight of 14 elephants)
• Packaged by a bagging machine
• All processes include large rotating pans that
  are heated by gas flame

Interesting Facts

• The process only makes a one inch ball
• There are 5 different interesting flavors
• It is actually fat free!

• Each little Jaw Breaker is formed around just one
  single grain of sugar
• The shell is made by liquid sugar and sugar mixed
  
• Process repeats about 100 times in a 2 week
  period
• It takes 14-19 days just to make one single Jaw
  Buster!

Personal Reflection
Jaw Busters are one of my personal favorite
candies. I love the flavor cherry (red). They do
get kind of nasty though if you suck on them too
long, but look on the bright side PURE
