Online Admission Applications

• Permits students to conveniently fill out the
  application online, sending the completed
  application electronically to the designated
  college.
• For colleges, the objectives are to
• Reduce costs (eliminate manual data entry)
• Improve accuracy of data

School Counselor Training

• GEAR UP staff will train 300-400 school
  counselors and teachers to effectively use the
  OKcollegestart.org and establish student
  accounts.

Transcript Exchange

• Repository through which high schools and
  colleges send academic transcripts to one another
  in a secure, electronic manner.
• Trial activities will begin with six school
  districts with compatible school information
  systems.
