Why the Diploma matters

• Travel and Tourism and Passenger Transport are
  growing sectors and have economic importance
• Current provision of qualifications are perceived
  as unsatisfactory by employers and do not command
  their respect
• There is a demand from employers to raise the
  profile of the industries and for there to be an
  understanding of the breadth of the different
  industries

  Tourism industries
