11Room for Improvement
- Participants overwhelmingly believe the course
and methodology need to be mandated for IT and
program executives and managers. - The course should be delivered for program staff.
- The course could be delivered in less time with
no reduction in quality. - It appears IT staff are not well informed about
OIT activities, including this course. There may
be untapped demand for the course.
12Going Forward
- A classroom course will be delivered soon
covering the remaining activities of the EPMM,
with those completing the first course receiving
preference. - Training will be provided on requirements
development, standards and management. - Once the PM standard tool is selected and
procured, the EPMM will be automated.
