- Individual Zontians or Friends of Zonta have
contributed 25. - Clubs, Areas Districts have contributed 75
- Zonta is at 48 of the biennium goal!

26A to Z All for Zonta
- Annual Women of Achievement Luncheon events
honoring Zontians and women in the community - Adoption of local Safe Home for abused women
- Book Sales that raise money for local library
- Collaboration with other organizations to restore
city double-decker bus for community use - Completion of Zonta statue project for the city
27A to Z All for Zonta
- Donation of Amelia Earhart books and donations of
books to shelters, libraries - Donation of professional clothing for women
getting back in the workplace - Endowment at local college where Zontians
contribute as memorials and fundraise to add to
the endowment - Families In Action Volunteer Award where Zonta
partners with a TV station who then interviews
three families that volunteer and the public
decides the winner. A Sunday brunch event honors
the winner and is part of the citys fall
festival
28A to Z All for Zonta
- Graduate woman scholarship thru a local college,
GED scholarships for the YWCA and Adult Learning
Center - Gift packages to Minnesota Home Nursing agency
along with financial support - Host Safety Town for children starting school
this fall providing supplies and treats - International church and two Zonta clubs provide
funding for Bonding with Baby before Birth book - Joint partnership with Rotary International for
literary packets for low-income families
29A to Z All for Zonta
- Keeping the highways clean, can recycling,
planting of tree in honor of a Zontian, and city
clean up day - Landscaping homes by Zontians for Habitat for
Humanity - Make and deliver birthday cakes to
residential/day school for problem children - Non-traditional fields in Math and Science a
presentation at the Expand Your Horizons
seminar for young girls - Outrageous numbers of service and volunteer hours
by all the Zonta clubs in District 7

- Provided pagers for domestic abuse resource
center for volunteer advocates - Port Girls Home speaker and mentorship program
- Quite Extraordinary giving of funds to local and
international programs - Red Ribbons for Zontas Go Red for Women event
for American Heart Association that includes a
free community event about heart health and heart
disease prevention
31A to Z All for Zonta
- Suitcase project for local Safe Shelter
- Supporting, maintaining and beautifying a Zonta
park - Talking to local congressmen to help restore
funding to Even Start Family program - Unified with other organizations to Adopt A
Polling Place that provides support and advocacy - Volunteering and providing school supplies for
the United Way Back to School Supplies for over
2700 children
32A to Z All for Zonta
- Working with Sheffield Place, a shelter for
women, by sponsoring a Mothers Day Out,
Christmas gifts, volunteer hours, and a Zontian
on the board - Xtra special work with special needs high school
students that had Zontians with interviews by
tape and discussion - YMCA Women of the Year banquet where the honorees
receive yellow roses from Zonta - Zontians volunteer as Pen Pals to area students
to develop written communication skills - Zontians volunteer for Federation of the Blind
fundraising dinner
