1Welcome to My Profile! During this section of
the web site tour, you will see an overview of
how the user profile feature is used to deliver
your personalized content. To go to the next
page of the tour, click the blue forward button
on the screen with your mouse. Or press the page
up button or press the right arrow button on
your keyboard. To go to the previous page of
the tour, press the page down button or the
left arrow button on your keyboard. Now lets
get started . click the blue arrow to continue.

2My Profile From the cunamutual.com Home Page,
click My Profile (or Sign In) to access your
online profile. If you dont have a User ID and
Password, click Welcome, then New User
Registration and register.

3My Profile When the Sign In page is displayed,
type in your User ID and Password. Click Sign
In. If you forgot your password, click the
Forgot It? link. If you do not have a User ID,
click Dont have one? and the New User
Registration pages will be displayed.

4My Profile The Profile pages are where you
describe yourself and your preferences. You can
manage your account information and online
services. You can tell us about your work so
that we can better personalize the My Services
page. You can manage all of your email
subscriptions in one place.

5- My Profile About Me
- This section allows you to change your personal
information name, email, or phone number. - Or, you may change your password. Type in your
Old password. Then type in your new and retype
your new password. - Please Note
- Password is case sensitive and must contain 6-20
letters AND numbers. - Password will expire every 90 days.
- Password cannot contain your User ID.
- Password cannot be reused.

6My Profile About Me Click Save after making
any changes to your personal information or your
password. Or, click Cancel to restore the form
to its original state. Any changes you may have
made will not be saved.

7My Profile My Job Tell us about your work so
that we can better personalize your My Services
page. First, select your level(s) of work at the
credit union. Next, select your area(s) of work
at the credit union. Click Save to save your
changes. Or, click Cancel to restore the form
to its original state.

8Suggested Services Based on your selections on
the My Job page, we will suggest online
services that may be useful to you in your job.
Click your job to review or change your
selections on the My Job page. Click a link for
more information about the online service. Click
Online Services to view the Online Services
Catalog. Click the twistie to collapse or
expand this section.

9My Profile Edit My Services To request access
to additional online services, put a check mark
in the appropriate checkbox. Click Continue to
submit the form. This will generate a request for
additional online services on your behalf. Once
your request is approved by your Credit Unions
CUNAMutual.com Security Administrator, you will
receive an email stating whether you have been
approved for the additional online service. Or,
click Cancel to restore the form to its
original state.

10My Profile Select a Role Roles allows an
online service to have different levels of
access. note not all online services have a
role. To select your role, place a check mark
in the box next to the appropriate role for the
online service. Click the question mark icon
next to the online service grouping heading for
more information. Click Continue to go to next
registration page. Click Modify Services to
return to the previous page. Click Cancel to
clear the form.
11My Services Once you are approved, your online
services will be displayed here. Click the
Info link for more information about categories
of online services. Click Edit My Services to
request access to additional online services.

12My Profile Subscriptions We offer several
highly informative newsletters that are available
via email subscription. To subscribe to an email
newsletter, place a check mark in the appropriate
check box. Click Save to save your changes.

soon! Or, click Cancel to restore the form to
its original state.
