What is Strengths-Based Coaching?
SBC is an approach. It is the foundation of
coaching, set firm in the belief that HOW someone
coaches (the process) is more important than WHAT
they coach (delivered information). SBC is about
the HOW of coaching. SBC is built on the
principles of positive psychology and an
extensively researched model of human
interaction.
