Title: Structure Borne Noise
1Structure Borne Noise Vibration Simulation with
Hybrid Models
As the development cycle of a new vehicle model
shortens, CAE techniques become increasingly
important in the early design stages. Traditional
CAE analysis of vehicle requires a large scale FE
model resulting in longer model development and
computational times. Hybrid modeling method,
however, can handle a mixture of pure analysis
design models and experimentally obtained dynamic
characteristics, thus reducing the development
lead time.
Needs
- To study the Vehicle Interior Noise Prediction
Method Using the Hybrid Model. - Optimal Design Guidance will be supplied to
Improve the Booming Noise. - To Accomplish Systematic Simulation Procedure for
the Structure Borne Noise Analysis and
Improvement including Vibro-Acoustic, Transfer
Path Analysis.
Goals
Technical Aspect
- Establishment of Vehicle Noise and Vibration
Simulation Procedure based on Hybrid Modeling. - Enhancement of Advanced Signal Processing
Technologies such as Singular Value
