Introduction

• At Lizzy's dance and fitness school we teach
  everyone for fitness and fun, our main classes we
  provide are pole dancing classes, however we aim
  to be very discrete. We have found that pole
  dancing helps our clients achieve self-esteem,
  general health, fitness, co ordination, and
  motivation.  Our focus is on you and your
  individual needs.
