• 3 types of rock
• 1. Igneousformed by volcanoes
• 2. Sedimentaryformed by particles (mud, sand,
  pebbles, etc.) that have been carried by wind or
  water
• 3. Metamorphicformed when chemical reactions,
  heat, or pressure changes rock from 1 form into
  another

Rock Cycle

• Continuous change of rocks from 1 form to
  another
• Older rocks lie under newer rocks the deeper
  the rock is, the older it is!!
