Introduction to anti-robbery training
1. The most important action a robbery victim
must master during a robbery is to remain calm,
or at least present the outward appearance of
being calm! 2. Even during a simulated robbery,
it is not uncommon for the victim to panic. 3.
Training and application are the keys to
minimizing the element of panic during a robbery.
