31Advanced Site Options
Page Width/Page AlignmentTwo choices for page
width are 780 pixels wide and 100. Page
alignment is only available with the 780px page
width available alignments are Left, Center, and
Right (this positions the page in the viewers
browser if there screen is wider than 780px.
Notes The 100 page width is harder to work
with, so it would be wise to start using the
780px and build all your content so that it fits
780px, than switch to 100 width. Display
BackgroundThis displays the background around
the border of the page. If you have 780px wide
page the background color will show on each side
of the page (top, bottom, and sides), and if you
have 100 wide page the background is only
visible along the top (search bar) and bottom (MS
Logo). You also have the choice to display the
Windows Live Search Bar and the Powered by
Windows Live Logo

List of PicturesDisplays the list of pictures in
your image gallery, you have to wait until the
list is done displaying before you can select and
insert the picture. Upload PictureThe Image
Upload opens a new window, once you are finished
uploading pictures, close the uploader and the
list of pictures will update.

Contact UsAllows for a viewer to simply send a
you a message. HTMLAllows you to insert HTML
and other codes into your page. Map
DirectionsDisplays a map along with driving

information (like a diary). The elements that
define blogs -- reverse chronology, unfiltered
content, comments, links, an informal attitude,
and appropriated text Stock ListDisplay stock
information. WeatherDisplays the weather for
the selected area. Event CalendarThe Event
Calendar module displays a monthly calendar on
your Web site. A calendar is a great place to
show upcoming events. You choose the first month
that is displayed to your site visitors, who can
then click arrow buttons to view months in the
future or past.

properties. The modules can Float Left or
Right so you can place text next to them. You
can also change the size of the module.

To change the email address that the contact us
form is sending to, right click on the module and
click properties.

Country RegionSelect your country. Address
AreaType your address in the format shown.

Use an interactive MapAllows users to click on
it to make it interactive. SizeDetermines the
Size of the map on the page. Show Driving
DirectionsAllows users to input their address

image up/down or deletes. Select an image to
change the caption (selected image will show in
preview-big black arrow will change to the right

the slideshow, especially when it's on the home
page. So, if you use the Slideshow module do not
use it on your home page.Â

Add SymbolEnter the Stock Symbol and click
add Find SymbolClick this if want to find a
symbol Up/Down/DeleteMoves the selected symbol
up, down, or deletes.

Zip codeEnter your Zip code, and click
search City NameDisplays the Name of City. 4
Day ForecastShows the 4-day forecast for your
city. MeasurementsEither Celsius (KPH) or
Fahrenheit (MPH).

so you dont overwrite someone else's Choose
Existing Calendar Choose type of calendar to
view. Change Display Month Typically would want
to leave this alone
53To edit the calendar you must be in page editor.
Right click on the calendar then click on
properties.
