Garfields Lab Usage Increase

Yeslers Lab Usage By Ethnicity

Making a difference...
  • I have used the Garfield Computer Lab for
learning, doing my homework, and having fun.
  • I have learned lots of things at the computer
lab, like using the computer and respecting
    people and the computers.

Daniel Shade

Making a difference...
  • The Garfield Computer Lab has meant a great deal
to me. Before utilizing the lab I found that I
was afraid to even touch the computer. However,
classes at Garfield had a mentor setting that
made it easy to learn. I can now e-mail friends
and family, create brochures and flyers for a
non-profit company and help others become more
    comfortable with computers.
  • Senior Citizen Roxanne Manly

13
Making a difference...
  • Computers can be fun and interesting. I have
started to create a web page and have done some
    programming
  • People have taught me things I have never learned
before. I really like it in the computer lab.

Alvin Beaver
14
Making a difference...
  • I utilize the Internet at Garfields computer
lab. The people here help me to research job
opportunities, post my resume and check my
    e-mail.
