    certain regulations regarding employment (Labour
    Law chapter X./A )
  • Telework in enterprise there is no specific law
    that regulates telework in an entrepreneurial
    framework, however the legal environment is
    suitable
  • Legal aspects Free-will, entitlement for
    health-care benefits, equal opportunities gtgtgt
    prohibition of discrimination !
  • 70/B. (1) In the Republic of Hungary everybody
    has the right for work and for the free choice of
    the job .
