Site CAB Evaluation Criteria
  • Site CABs will meet standards if all 3 criteria
    are met
  • gt 50 on Community Site Evaluation for NIAID
    PIs/Site Leaders
  • gt 50 on Community Site Evaluation CAB Member
    Questions
  • RCAB representative and/or RCAB staff liaison
    attend 100 of RCAB conference calls

Evaluation Goal
  • The site goal should be to meet 100 of standards
    in all 3 areas

Site CAB Evaluation Impact
  • For Year 3 site CAB evaluations, Needs
    Improvement will result in fiscal consequences. 
  • When sites do not achieve satisfactory scores
    (50 or above in both questionnaires and
    attendance in RCAB calls and meetings), 20 of
    the sites protocol implementation funds (PIF)
    will be restricted until deficiencies are
    remedied.
