- NC Master-Haz will integrate Tier II data from NC
Counties using the commercial iDSI system. NCEM
may decide to purchase the State version of
iDSIs system. - HERE Network client is under consideration for
providing data to local first responders and
LEPCs, rather than re-inventing the wheel

vendor system, or a home grown system (with
approval from Project Steering Committee). - Update the NCEM website to reflect the decision
to mandate online Tier II submissions. - Provide guidance to industry about new submission
requirements and compliance reporting procedures.

Data Standards Committees. - Will publish and maintain the master databases
from the North Carolina Exchange Node and provide
a real-time replica of the Tier II data to an
NCEM database installation.
15Project Steering Committee
- The NC DENR Project Management Officer will
appoint an NC Master-Haz Project Steering
Committee (PSC). - The PSC will, under the direction of the Project
Manager, define requirements for and
functionality of the to-be system that supports
both Federal requirements from US EPA and NC
legislative mandates.
