- QuickPOP Seamlessly links your internal CRM
database with your Alcatel-Lucent OXO/OXE
- Presents caller information onto the screen of
the phone so that it is instantly available
during a call.
- POPS for both incoming outgoing calls.
- In addition to the standard Name, Number
Company details, QuickPOP enables the user to
retrieve and display additional information such
as account no. or an unpaid billing indicator.
- Works Out of the Box with the most common CRM
packages such as MS CRM, Outlook and Goldmine.
- Provides a third party interface that can be used
to integrate with proprietary database solutions.

automatically, instantly providing the user with
the ability to update/amend contact information,
orders and alike.
- Can POP an MSN style mini-task window that
displays caller information without interrupting
the use of other desktop applications. The
mini-task window also enables the user to pop the
contacts form on demand.
- Enables the user to make outbound calls from
ANY application on the desktop with just 2 key
strokes.

notified by a mini-task bar window that appears
at the bottom of their PC screen
- The user is able to continue working because
focus remains on the application that they are
working with when the call arrives.

on the mini-task window.
