  to implement the KXF

• Pick a facilitator Role is to identify the Group
  of questions and keep the group on track
• Pick a Surrogate PM Role is function as the PM
  in need. S(he) sets the situation.
• Pick a note-taker Role is to take notes, then

Group 1 KXF Formulation

• Why would a chapter/organization want a KXF? What
  specific needs or strategies would a chapter have
  to warrant a KXF?
• Define a mission, principles/attributes, of the
  KXF.
• Who would be the stakeholders of the KXF and what
  value would the KXF provide to each.
• Build a plan for proposing a KXF to your
  organization.
• Define support requirements from the Chapter BoD.
• How would you encourage networking at the KXF?

• Build a plan/WBS to hold a KXF Event.
• Estimate a budget for the KXF.
• Define KXF Committee roles responsibilities.
• Define metrics for tracking progress and success.
• Identify risks and contingencies.

  capital) of the KXF?
